Refund Policy

Thee Boss Besties does not accept any returns on any digital products or provide refunds on any digital products, including all e-books and content templates. If you have any issues with download links please reach out to us at info@theebossbesties.com!

If you have paid for an event ticket and are no longer able to attend, you must send an email no later than 48 hours before the event in order to request a refund. Please be advised that Thee Boss Besties does have full liberty to deny any refund request depending on the type of event for which the ticket was purchased. 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Any membership fees will be deducted from your account automatically once a month. There are no refunds on monthly fees. If you wish to cancel your membership, please do so within at least 48 hours before your payment is due.
