For those of you who don't know me yet, my name is Chenille Rose and I'm the Founder and CEO of Thee Boss Besties. I'm a Florida girl that comes from a 100% authentic Jamaican background. 

 

I started my first business selling hair in 2014, after I found out I was pregnant. I worked so hard to build my brand and I gained a lot of knowledge on the way. Fast Forward to 2019, I started Thee Boss Besties pretty much on accident! At the time I was feeling really unmotivated in my hair business and I was looking for new inspiration and motivation; so I got together with other female bosses and went to brunch. Our brunches became a monthly thing and that's how I got the name Boss Besties.

My goal is to support, empower, and provide high quality resources to our community in a safe and secure environment. My success isn’t measured in terms of wealth or profit margin, but by the value I provide to the women I serve. I offer a variety of coaching services to help you move past the obstacles in your life. I will help you identify your personal values, strengths, and abilities in support of your personal and professional goals. I can't wait to work with you!
